Customised Catering for Corporate Function: A Spanish Culinary Celebration for Fitcover’s 6th Birthday

So, when Fitcover Australia, a leading makeup brand, entrusted us to curate a beautiful and delectable grazing table for their wellness morning, we knew we were up for an exciting challenge. This was no ordinary event; it was a unique blend of wellness and festivity, and we were thrilled to rise to the occasion.

Our Culinary Highlight

 

Our Spanish Iberico ham took centre stage in this wellness breakfast, served alongside traditional pan tumaca (tomato bread) or, for an alternative, creamy avocado toast. Complementing this, our seasonal fruits brought a burst of colour and freshness to the celebration. And, of course, our special chia pudding, crafted exclusively for the occasion, added a touch of indulgence.

Our commitment extended beyond the brekkie. that Fitcover’s celebration continued beyond the event itself and to introduce our clients to a taste of our Spanish gastronomy, we added a special touch to the gift boxes. Each guest received a bottle of sangria, a classic Spanish beverage, encouraging them to carry the celebration home and share it with loved ones.
